Limitless Actualization, founded by Lee Ann Del Carpio, is a coaching organization that helps executives and leaders unlock their potential in a constantly changing environment. With over 20 years of experience across various industries and regions, Lee Ann is an expert in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Her approach focuses on turning uncertainty into energy, focus, and positive impact for her clients.
For the third learning program, Redefine and Align, Limitless Actualization planned to produce over 5 hours of content, to be filmed across three days. The program is designed to help leaders recalibrate their strategies and mindset in response to evolving business challenges, with a focus on alignment and adaptability.
I was responsible for assembling a production team that included a sound operator, a makeup artist, and a second camera operator. We filmed using two Blackmagic cinema cameras and a teleprompter during three days. In addition to overseeing the filming process, I also handled the editing and graphics integration during the post-production.
