Find the right talent and strengthen your employer brand
A recruitment video allows you to showcase your company’s unique values, culture, and opportunities in an engaging and authentic way.
I help you create authentic and engaging videos that make candidates want to join your team. Whether you’re looking to hire seasoned professionals, apprentices, or interns.
- Interviews recording with employees and leadership
- Dynamic office and culture b-roll with gimbal shots
- Half-day(s) or full-day(s) coverage
- Short social media-ready versions
- And more...

Why Recruitment Videos are Essential
All job ads all look the same → A recruitment video makes your company stand out and shows what makes you different.
Your Company Culture is hard to portray → Video brings it to life with real people, real spaces, and real moments. It helps build authenticity and credibility.
Employer branding needs consistency → A recruitment video becomes a reusable asset across career pages, LinkedIn, and presentations.
Younger talents want authenticity → Short, social-friendly videos connect better with Gen Z and Millennials than long job descriptions.
A recruitment video doesn’t just attract applicants. It helps you connect with the right people who share your values and vision.
My Approach
I. Consultation
Every recruitment video production begins with a clear understanding of your company’s values, culture, and hiring goals. In our initial consultation, we’ll define:
- Your key message and target audience – What makes your company unique, and who are the candidates you want to attract?
- Purpose of the video and distribution channels – Is the video for job postings, your careers page, social media, or internal recruitment campaigns?
- Style and tone – Do you want a dynamic, energetic feel to attract young talent, or a more polished, corporate tone for senior-level hires?
This ensures your recruitment video aligns with your brand, resonates with your target candidates, and effectively communicates your employer value proposition.
II. Pre-Production
A successful recruitment video in Barcelona showcases your company’s culture while appealing to the right candidates. In the pre-production phase, we focus on:
- Concept development and scripting – Crafting a narrative that highlights your company culture, team dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Storyboarding and shot planning – Visualizing scenes that authentically showcase your workplace, from team collaborations to office spaces.
- Logistics and coordination – Scheduling interviews with key employees, planning office tours, and organizing necessary permissions for filming. For example preparing a template for image rights releases.
III. Production
The production day is where all the planning comes to life. For a recruitment video, the shoot is tailored to reflect your company’s culture, values, and unique appeal as an employer. Here’s what a typical production day might include:
Setup and Preparation: 45–60 minutes to arrange lighting, sound, and framing for a polished and professional look. This also includes setting up any branded visuals or workplace-specific elements.
Interviews with Team Members or Leaders: 60–120 minutes to film insightful interviews with employees, managers, or executives. These testimonials provide an authentic glimpse into your workplace and its leadership culture, building trust with potential candidates.
Scenes of the Workplace (B-Roll): 90–120 minutes to capture dynamic shots of your team in action, office spaces, or other aspects of your work environment that make your company unique.
Quick Adjustments and Scene Transitions: Short breaks (15–30 minutes) to reset for new setups, ensuring a seamless narrative flow in the final video.
Wrap-Up: 30–45 minutes to confirm all essential footage has been captured and to efficiently close the shoot.
Most recruitment video projects can be completed in a single day, but larger projects, such as those requiring multiple locations or featuring more team members may involve additional shooting days.
IV. Post-Production
This is where your recruitment video comes together and truly shines. The raw footage is transformed into a professional, engaging, and tailored video that highlights your company as an employer of choice.
Reviewing the Interviews: I’ll share the unedited interviews with you, allowing you to select the most impactful moments to include in the final video. This ensures the content aligns perfectly with your vision.
Editing Process: Once the key moments are chosen, I combine them with B-roll footage, sound design, and music. I also add branded elements like your logo and apply color grading for a cohesive and professional appearance.
Feedback and Revisions: To guarantee the final video meets your expectations, I include at least two rounds of feedback in my quote. This collaborative process ensures the video is exactly what you need to attract top talent.
Final Delivery: After approval, the completed recruitment video is delivered in your preferred format, optimized for use across your website, social media, job boards, or email campaigns.
